We have some great builders operating here in
Franklin County.

Some specialize in building Island homes while other build and renovate mainland type buildings.   There is a vast difference in building techniques when a house needs to be elevated for insurance purposes.
If you use a builder from out of area you should make sure he is experienced in coastal building and the local codes.

Much better to use an experienced local builder who can show you his standard of work on previous homes he has constructed.
