| The Georgian Motel - Carrabelle Florida was recently
purchased in February 2000 by API (Anything's Possible, Inc.). For the past six months the
motel has undergone a complete renovation. Our goal is to maintain a very quaint, relaxed,
casual atmosphere for discriminating vacationers on the northern shores of the gulf of
mexico. |

Available as both "smoking" and
"non-smoking" rooms. Rooms come with either a king sized bed or two large double
beds. All rooms come standard with microwave ovens and coffee pots.

The "Beach Room" is a deluxe kitchenette suite
furnished in luxurious Ethan Allen accents and provides a breathtaking view of the sunset
at the river's edge.

We have a beautiful condo efficiency unit available complete with its own
boat slip. This luxurious unit offers an absolutely spectacular view of the Gulf of
Mexico, Carrabelle River, and surrounding marina facilities.
