Fishing charters are available if you don't bring your own boat.  The local fishing Captains know where the great spots are and will work hard to make it the fishing trip of your dreams.

Out in the gulf the following fish are available in abundance:- red snapper, groupers, king mackerel, shark and amber jacks which will wear you out.

In the bays and rivers you can catch: Red fish (this is not Tampa Bay) trout, mullet (net only), bass, flounder, sheeps head, black drum and giant tarpon (In July - August - September)
